It’s Garage Sale time! You can earn community service hours for this event. We need help sorting items the week of March 13, all day until 7 pm weekdays. Garage Sale day is Saturday, March 18, and help is needed anytime from 6 am until 4 pm. During the week you will help sort and stage items on the tables and on Saturday you will help folks with your energy, and enthusiasm and with your youthful endurance by helping to carry purchases to cars, bagging items, greeting folks with a smile, tidying clothes, etc. The sale ends at 1 and your help is needed afterward as we bag up everything to be donated to Angel Aid. The day should end at 4 pm. Please let me know if you are available to help any time that day. Lunch is provided. Please RSVP.
Each Wednesday during Lent, worship services are offered at Noon and 6:30 pm. Soup and salad dinners are offered at 5:30 pm. We’d love to see you at dinner! Prayerfully consider attending these worship services as a lenten discipline.
Confirmed youth are invited to go on the Peru Mission trip this summer. Dates are tentatively July 19-28, 2023. If you have an interest in going on this trip, please let me or Pastor Phillips know. Cost is estimated at $1500- $2000 which includes airfare, hotel, meals, and transportation. You need a valid passport, so if you are interested, begin the passport process. Fundraisers will be planned to help offset some of the costs.
