We are excited to share with you the information we received regarding the NALC Continental Youth Gathering for 2024! The youth gathering is open to any 7th – 12th grade youth. We hope you’ll prayerfully consider this opportunity to grow in faith with disciples from across the country!! Please see the general “who, what, when and where” information below. The estimated cost of the entire trip is $1,200. There will be several fund raising events between now and the trip to receive support from friends, family and the church community.
Registration: The registration is limited to the first 500 registrants (this includes all youth AND volunteers/leaders), so time is of the essence!!
Registration: DUE NOW – $250 per person which includes program costs, supplies, t-shirts and missions. Please note: once registered, the $250 registration fee is non-refundable (per organizers policy). A transfer of registration may be possible before May 15, 2024. No transfers will be allowed after May 15, 2024.
Food: Most lunches and dinners will be provided, however, there will be other places to purchase additional meals and snacks. We have built these expenses into the estimated total cost noted above by budgeting an additional $100.
Accommodations: We will be staying at the Bevy Hotel Boerne, TX. This hotel is part of the gathering and transportation is provided to and from the hotel to the gathering venue. Hotel cost is $350 (Sun-Fri) per person. This is non-refundable after May 15, 2024.
Airfare: Estimated at $500 (non-refundable upon purchase). We have not yet selected specific flight but this would be the estimated cost to include checking luggage. We won’t book airline tickets until early 2024.
Attending a national youth gathering is like attending camp! The can be faith forming and character building. We know how busy summers can be and pray this opportunity is at the top of your list!
