Just a Few Days ‘til PUMPKINS! Saturday, October 7 at 9 a.m. – We hope you will make plans to join us as the truck arrives with our special delivery. It takes MANY hands to make light work unloading half of a semi-trailer!! Teens earn community service hours!! Bring friends! Breakfast provided! Please watch your email or check Facebook for updates in case our delivery gets delayed!
We will need volunteers EVERY DAY and EVERY EVENING from October 8 through Oct 31 and this is a great way to invite friends and family to serve with you while having fun and enjoying the outdoors. And it’s a great way for families of all ages to serve together. Please consider volunteering a shift or two!!
Saturday, October 21 will be Party in the Patch Day!! – We are planning a fun-filled time in the Patch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. We’ll have games for the kids – they can come in costume if they like and “trick-or-treat” at the various stations, there will be photo opportunities for adults and families and several food trucks in the parking lot for lunch and treats. If you would like to volunteer setting up on Friday, October 20 or helping the day of the event, please sign up on the Yellow Insert or contact the church office. We will need help with parking, greeting, games stations, crafts, and clean up in addition to our Pumpkin Patch volunteers!
