As of March 10th, we have a conditional closing on the property. We have signed all the closing documents and wired the money but it is being held in escrow until the seller follows through on their commitment to remove the shipping containers. Once that is completed, we will pass on our paperwork and funds and be officially closed. Another update will be provided in the next few weeks with initial plans to start the mission plant.
