After a bit of delay, we now have a fully executed Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) signed by us and the seller. We are now working through all of our due diligence needs to ensure the property can be used to develop a mission church. Providing these items return favorably, we will close on the property in the next 90 days. May our Lord graciously continue to lead and guide us in this process.
