The 2026 National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 7th. This year’s theme is “Glorify God Among the Nations – Seeking Him In All Generations” and we will have the sanctuary open from 6:00am to 8:00pm to allow people to stop in when they choose, with believers praying continuously all day.
We will include Matins at 7:00am, Suffrages at noon, Vespers at 5pm, and Compline which begins at 6 pm and concludes the day at 8pm. We are seeking several people to serve as Hosts in 2-hour intervals. The Hosts will maintain the vigil, insuring someone is always in the sanctuary, replenish the candles, and pray with those who request it.
