The Yard Sale is next weekend, and we continue to collect housewares, dishes, cookware, small appliances, books, linens, working electronics with cords, furniture, seasonal items, artwork, lamps, home décor, tools, toys, games, puzzles, baby items, craft items, clothing of all sizes. If you have not yet dropped your items off, you can do so through Tuesday to the outdoor bins or you can wait and bring them inside Wednesday through Friday.
- Kindly include only clothing that is clean and in “gently worn” condition and electronics and small appliances that are clean and working – any clothing donations this week, please take directly to the Annex classrooms.
- We are not able to accept older “box” tv’s as they do not sell, and we are not able to pass them on to the thrift store.
- Wire hangers or metal hook hangers needed (not fully-plastic) if you have any to give.
Volunteers are needed every day this week – please see times on the enclosed Volunteer Insert. We will be setting up inside on Monday and Tuesday and we will unload the storage bins on Tuesday, March 11 at 6:30pm. If you can help, we gather for a quick dinner at 5:45pm. If you can bring a hand truck, wheelbarrow or wagon, please do!
We especially need help on Saturday, in any shifts, from 6:45am until we close at 1:00pm and then helpers to pack, up, load up and clean up at 1:00. Sign up using the Yard Sale Volunteers insert or just show up!!
Bake Sale volunteers are also needed for the ELC Bake Sale next weekend. Please contact Marti Baggs if you can provide an item.
